What is published, and what is not
Light, moderate, and high indicate how broadly recorded activity was spread through a day. Repeated records within the same hour count once across all sources. The levels group 1–2, 3–5, and 6 or more hourly windows with records.
These are activity signals, not hours worked, productivity scores, or successful deployments. Automated work can contribute. Missing records mean coverage can be incomplete; an empty square does not prove a day off.
Project names are attached to a week, never to a day. A week lists what moved somewhere inside it; which day is not published, so none of this can be read as a per-project schedule.
A project appears only when it is already named in Side Quests or the work. Names are matched at the project root, so no experiment, run, branch, or folder beneath it is ever exported. Everything else — unnamed work, tasks, files, commit details, exact times, and the tool used — is withheld, and still counts toward the level.
