I turn consequential, ambiguous human problems into systems that can be built, tested, operated, and explained.
Sixteen years in real estate taught me how people actually make decisions under pressure. Since 2025, I have applied that same systems instinct to persistent AI identity, sovereign memory, model routing, verification, business automation, and customer-facing AI products.
I own the problem definition, architecture, constraints, interfaces, evaluation, integration, and operational acceptance. I use coding agents and specialist models heavily during implementation. I do not pretend generated code was handwritten, and I do not delegate judgment to the model.

Founder & AI Systems Builder · 2025–present
Model-independent infrastructure for persistent AI identity, sovereign memory, provenance, bounded agent communication, and multi-model execution. Portions are covered by provisional and nonprovisional U.S. patent applications; protected mechanisms remain private.
An MIT-licensed protocol replacing unbounded agent handoffs with typed, inspectable, evidence-bearing cards. Published with Pydantic models, JSON Schema validation, builders, semantic verification, MCP support, tests, examples, and a reproducible benchmark.
A DISC-aware AI field coach with six bounded coaching modules. Carried through interface design, authentication, PostgreSQL persistence, resilient streaming, model abstraction, billing architecture, storage, access controls, testing, and Vercel deployment.
A visual operating system for real-estate professionals with ADHD, grounded in sixteen years of production and more than a decade coaching working agents. Built as an operational layer that complements—not replaces—the customer's CRM.
A private client-centered real-estate communication concept. Owns customer journeys, positioning, requirements, pricing, adoption strategy, and real-estate subject matter; the technical co-founder owns development and product architecture.
